GBS Holsters warranties its products for one year from date of shipment. Failure due to defects in materials or construction will be repaired or replaced at GBS's discretion throughout the warranty period. The warranty is void in the case of any modification, alteration or abuse of the product by the customer.
Responsibility for the choice of product lies solely with the customer. The warranty is not applicable to custom items or shipping charges. In the event that you need to return your product, please enclose a letter explaining (1) the problem you are having with it and (2) your contact information in case we need more explanation before attempting the repair or replacement of your item. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
GBS Holsters will NOT be responsible for any personal injury incurred while using a GBS Holsters product or, for any expense related to the injury. User must be responsible for knowing and following firearms safety rules and the proper use of his GBS Holsters product.
Clean your GBS Holsters product after each use. Rinse your GBS Holster with cool water after each use to remove any accumulation of dust or debris that can scratch the finish of your firearm. If grime is still visable after rinsing, a mild liquid dish detergent may be added to the water to clean more thoroughly. Wipe the holster dry or let air dry completely before reholstering your firearm for storage. DO NOT store your GBS Holster product in a closed vehicle or any area that can exceed 180 degrees fahrenheit. Kydex and Holstex can be damaged in extreme heat.
